Donald LoConte, O.D.
Dr. Donald LoConte was born and raised in Evergreen Park, Illinois and received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University. He earned his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr.LoConte has been published in the Journal of Glaucoma and brings a thorough medical background to Fisher-Swale-Nicholson-Nicholson Eye Center. Before practicing optometry, he worked for a major pharmaceutical company.
His externship rotations included time spent at the West-Side Veterans Administration Hospital in Chicago and the Center for Advanced Medicine at the University of Chicago Hospitals.
Dr. LoConte is a trustee of the Chicago South Suburban Optometric Society and a member of the Illinois Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce.
